Once you looked through our website and you have finally decided on a puppy, all you have to do is make two choices: -Make the full payment of the purchasing price Or -You can put a non-refundable deposit of $1,000 (depending on price of puppy) to hold the puppy on reserve. Once a deposit is made we put up a hold sign on our website, indicating to other potential clients that your puppy is being hold by you. Full payment will be due within 1 week of the deposit. We accept all payments via bank wire to our Business Account with Wells Fargo or Bank of America.
Please make sure to research the different breeds you are looking to adopt so that you will know their breed related health issues, care and maintenance to be sure it is a good fit for you family. Make sure to review our Health Guarantee Policy to understand what is included and what we cover.
We will have to discuss on how to get your wonderful puppy to you. Shipping Fee is not included in any of our puppy prices. This fee is based upon location and transit. Once a time and date is finalized, we will book a flight which will suit both us. We deliver threw major airlines or personal nanny service.
This page is for people who are interested in purchasing one of our beautiful teacup puppies. Unfortunately, we do not have a location to view our beautiful puppies in the USA. Our puppies are located in South Korea and we do not bring unsold puppies to our location as all puppies must be sold prior to their arrival in the United States. In doing so, the teacup puppies enter the United States as pets and directly imported in our client’s names.
To help provide better purchasing process we can provide you with Videos and or Photos. For additional Videos/Photos/Facetime Chat we do require a $1000 deposit to ensure we are working with a serious client as we receive several of these request weekly. We keep our photos updated as fast as possible.
We would like to assist to all our clients but due to the abundant paper work we have a minimum Purchase price for shipping Internationally to Europe and Middle East. Puppy cost must be more than $7,000 USD
We do not sell puppies to breeders. Our puppies are sold exclusively as pets and are not sold with registration papers or pedigree.
FORMS OF DELIVERY
Prior to Checkout, it is important to give us a call so we can walk you through the shipping procedures as they are listed below but, we do offer several options so its best to discuss these prior to submitting your order. You can reach us by calling 804 836 4628 or via email. Not following up with us prior to purchasing your pup there MAY be additional shipping fees required to complete your order.
Cities that we ship to Free are:
Anchorage, Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Las Vegas, Miami, New York, San Francisco, Seattle, Toronto, Canada and Vancouver, Canada You will have the option at checkout to choose one of these airport/cities. With this shipping method you will be responsible for picking up your pup. Once the order is placed and full payment is submitted. We will send your info to our partner and he will make arrangements with Korean Airlines to ship your puppy to the airport.
If you live in other locations from listed above we have an option of bringing the puppy in to Dulles, Virginia and having the puppy cleared by our broker and reshipped to you with United Pet Safe. There are documents that are required for this service. We will require a POA for informal entry and copy of your Passport if outside the USA or A copy of your Drivers License if inside USA.
This service is $450 and does not include nanny delivery. We require POA to be returned no later than 48 hours of purchase or shipping will not be booked/reserved for your puppy.
TWO FORMS TO SHIP YOUR SPECIAL LITTLE TEACUP TO YOUR HOME
FREE SHIPPING~ Option is for those that can pick up their puppy at one of the airports listed. This will require you pick up your puppy on your own behalf. Once you have submitted shipping information we will reach out to our partner with your information to book your flight. Depending on when the puppy is purchased and how old the puppy is will depend on when it will be able to leave. If you have questions regarding this please contact us before placing your order. Once we received an airway bill number and info from our partner we will forward an email over with the information where and when to pick up. The cities we offer Free shipping to are Anchorage, Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Las Vegas, Miami, New York, San Francisco, Seattle, Toronto, Canada and Vancouver, Canada.
Rate $450 ~ Option is for us to bring puppy into our local port in Dulles so we can reship to you.
This rate includes all broker, handling, and shipping fees from Korea into United States. This option is for those we cannot offer direct shipping to within the United States. This is NOT and option for international shipping! There is a service fee for clearing your puppy via customs with our broker $450 here in Washington DC. We have the right to ship when convenient for us. We can only try to accommodate to your schedule but, it is your sole responsibility to make arrangements to pick up your puppy from the airport. Since we are dealing with a live animal, please understand that shipping can be delayed for any reason because of temperatures or airport restrictions.

TIPS YOU SHOULD KNOW.
1. You must let us know when you will be paying the puppy.
2. If you want to opt for the Nanny Service after choosing shipping option 1 above the rate will be an additional $350 to hire our nanny to pick up your pup and hand delivery it to you at your closest airport.
3. Nanny Service/Document From Dulles to International Destination outside the USA if not Direct Shipped from our partner.
4. Issue a New Health Certificate Rate. If you would like us to issue you a new health certificate prior to leaving Va you may add that service on for an additional fee of $150 as all of our pups are vet check and receive a vet issued health certificate before leaving our partner.
Puppy Nanny Service upon Availability
If you want to hire a puppy nanny through us where the puppy will be brought in to Va under your name and we have a broker who will clear your puppy on your own behalf and then ship to you with our puppy nanny the fee for entry, broker clearance/handling fee, and nanny travel fee will be $800. Please note all nanny shipping is by availability only and there are usually possible wait times as our nannies do fly standby and do not have paid seat options with this service. Please let us know shipping option Flat rate shipping and added on nanny service from the list we offer.
International Shipping Via Puppy Nanny
International Shipping: We can ship your puppy to most location outside the USA via Airlines cargo. Our puppies can travel with our puppy nanny. His Rate is $1600 for all international travels in Europe as it is 3 day trip for him including taxes, hotels her travel fees etc.If you live in other country please call or email us prior to purchase so we can ask for a quote for you.Please note all nanny shipping is by availability only and there are usually possible wait times as our nannies do fly standby and do not have paid seat options with this service.
After all payment has been made and cleared with our bank. Each puppy will be taken to our certified vet by us to get his/her health exam. A health certificate is required for travel and a copy of the health certificate will be sent to you with transport/airlines as this is a law for interstate travel of any puppy. Usually a puppy will be delivered within 5 to 10 business days from that date of money cleared in our bank and also depending on the delivery schedule. We have the right to hold a puppy for longer than estimated delivery date if we feel the puppy is not ready to go and cancellation will not be accepted. We do not have a cancellation policy, please understand that after payment has been made that payment is NON REFUNDABLE. Again, we do not offer refunds for change of heart decisions or emergency family matters as we can offer you a credit to use toward a future puppy purchase if you so wish to decide to cancel your transaction. The only reason we would refund you is if the puppy you purchased has a life threatening, untreatable defect which would cause it to be unfit for sale.
Once the puppy is in the air, we will provide you with an airway bill number. Take the airway bill number to the airport along with a photo ID. You will then have to arrive at the airport 1 hour prior to arrival. Things you should bring to the airport: Bottle water, blanket depending on the temperature, puppy food, and a puppy potty pad to replace the one already in the travel crate. International Shipping is available depending on destination, for more information please contacts us. For long trips we suggest using nanny service.

4.) Once you have decided on a teacup puppy to purchase please call us just to check to make sure the puppy is available and after confirmation it is you can follow these steps to move forward with purchase. As we also have several shipping options to discuss with you to help finalize the transaction and guide you on what shipping option will work best for you.
5.) Make sure to review our Health Guarantee Policy to understand what is included and covered.
6.) We accept payment two ways. You can submit full payment with your credit card via our website. There is a 5 percent processing fee added to the total for all full credit card purchases. You may also submit a deposit of $1000 and follow up with a bank wire or direct deposit. After we have received your deposit submission. We will follow up with an email with our banking info to finalize payment for your puppy. There is a $250 Required Fee for Full Payments made with credit card. This is required.
A deposit will hold you puppy for 48 hours only. If you need more time or need to discuss payment please call us at 804-836-4628 prior to placing your deposit so that we can approve final payment date. If the final balance is not paid on approved date or within 48 hours the puppy will go back up for sale you will be issued a letter of credit to use within the next 90 days. You will be prompted to upload a photo ID or Passport copy to us at the time of purchase to verify the identity of whom is making payment. We require a photo id of the purchaser only not friends or family members. Puppies are placed on hold by deposit or payment only as we receive a lot of inquires and visits to our website so to make it fair to the next client inquiring we do require a deposit of $1000 for a puppy to be placed on hold/pending for you.
Option 2: If you would like to have a nanny deliver your puppy to you after arrival to Our Port in Dulles Airport. Our normal fees include cargo shipping with United Airlines Petsafe but, if you would like the nanny to deliver we can set that service up for you for additional fee. (email you POA from after your purchase)
Option 3: If you are located outside the USA and would like to add on our Nanny Service to your destination please call us to placing the order as some destination will require a nanny service.
Option 4: All of our puppies come with a health certificate issued from our certified vetinariaian in South Korea. If you would like a new health certificate/health exam prior to the puppy leaving our facility in Virginia then the fee is $200 for that service.
Option 5: Additional Warranty Option: If you are purchasing a puppy that only comes with 30 day warranty you can upgrade for a full additional year for $800 added to total cost of the puppy.
7.) After deposit or purchase is made please visit our Health Guarantee page and complete the form at the top of the page. Upon submission of this form you will be prompted to sign our warranty. This is required to be completed at the time of purchase and no later than 24 after purchase of your shipping will be delayed for up to 1 week.
8.) Picking up your new teacup puppy via our puppy nanny to your closest international airport is such an exciting moment. Below are items you will take with you to the airport. Blanket, Crate/Carrier, Royal Canin Mini Puppy Dry Food, Puppy Training Pads, Baby Wipes, Bottle of Water, Food/Water Dish
If we have a puppy marked “Sale” or Reduced pricing there will be no other discounts available to be applied to the price of sale pups. Our 10% follower discount is valid only for full priced pups without any other discounts or sale pricing offered. You may choose the one with the greatest value of course. We normally do not negotiate pricing on our pups so please do not call, email or text asking for us to give discounts. Most request like these will be ignored.
We do not offer refunds on any payments deposit or full payment for change of heart decisions no matter the circumstance. The only time a refund is given is if we determine you are not a suitable home for one of our puppies or if in the event the puppy has developed a life threatening defect or issue. We do not offer exchanges after a puppy has reached its home for the reason you do not like the puppy. The only time exchanges are applicable would be if the puppy developed a life threatening defect under our health warranty contract.
Not reading this information will not change our terms and conditions per sale as its the clients responsibility to follow up on terms and conditions pre-sale.
